<br />Steffi A. Swanson, a member of the Nebraska State Bar
<br />Association, 1902 Harlan Drive, Suite A, Bellevue, Sarpy County,

<br />This conveyance is made pursuant to the powers conferred on Grantor
<br />by a Trust Deed dated April 25, 2002, and recorded on May 03, 2002,
<br />in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as
<br />Instrument No. 0200204818 wherein Carpio Casares and Diane M.
<br />Casares, husband and wife are named Trustors; and Benef icial
<br />Nebraska Inc. dba Beneficial Mortgage Co. is named Beneficiary; and
<br />American Pioneer Title Insurance Company is named Trustee, wherein
<br />
<br />Trusto:r gT'anted a.I!U conveyed to the Trustee, on the trust therein
<br />
<br />expressed, the property above described to secure, among other
<br />obligations, payment of a promissory note of even date in the
<br />principal amount of $62,366.54 and interest thereon according to
<br />the terms thereof. That by Substitution of Trustee dated February
<br />4, 2008, made by Beneficial Nebraska Inc. dba Beneficial Mortgage
<br />Co. Grantor was substituted as Trustee in place of American
<br />Pioneer Title Insurance Company. The Substitution of Trustee was
<br />recorded on February 11, 2008, as Instrument No. 200801052 in the
