<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Michael D. Hieb and Gail R.
<br />Hieb, husband and wife, owners of Lot One (1), Hieb Subdivision in the Village of Aida,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska hereinafter referred to as Grantors, for and in consideration of
<br />the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable consideration paid by Grantees,
<br />hereinafter described, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby give,
<br />grant and convey unto Eric Layher and Karrie Layher, husband and wife, as joint
<br />tenants, owners of Lot Two (2), Hieb Subdivision in the Village of Aida, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, hereinafter referred to as Grantees, a perpetual ten (10) foot easement and
<br />right-of-way over, across and upon the following described real estate, to-wit:

<br />Lot One (1), Hieb Subdivision in the Village of Aida,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska
<br />
<br />Said easement is for the purpose of maintaining and operating an underground
<br />sewer line thereon; together with the right of ingress and egress above, upon, under
<br />and through said ten foot sewer easement for the purpose of operating, maintaining or
<br />removing said sewer line. This sewer line services Lot Two (2) and is located on Lot
<br />One (1).

<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said Grantees, their heirs,
<br />successors and assigns as appurtenant to the land and every part thereof, forever; and
<br />the Grantors hereby dedicate their respective interests in said real estate to the use of
<br />the Grantees, their heirs, successors and assigns. This easement shall run with the
<br />land and shall be binding on both Lot One (1) and Lot Two (2), Hieb Subdivision in the
<br />Village of Aida, Hall County, Nebraska.
