<br />You are hereby notified that Mateo Pablo and Maria Aguilar Perez, husband and wife, Trustors,
<br />did on or about October 19, 2006, make, execute and deliver to Northwest Title and Escrow Corp., as
<br />Trustee, a Deed of Trust wherein said Trustors conveyed the following described real property:

<br />"The Northerly Eighty-Nine (89) feet of Lot Four (4), in Block One Hundred Forty One (141) of
<br />Union Pacific Railway Company's Second Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska"
<br />
<br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustors obtained from Mortgage Electronic Registration
<br />Systems, Inc., solely as nominee for First NLC Financial Service, LLC dba The Lending Center,
<br />Beneficiary of said Deed of Trust, which Deed of Trust was recorded on October 26, 2006 as Instrument
<br />No. 0200609529, Mortgage Records, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />That all beneficial interest under said Deed of Trust was subsequently and duly assigned to CitiMortgage,
<br />Inc., which Assignment is dated April 10, 2008 and recorded on April 18, 2008 as Instrument No.
<br />0200803250 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />
<br />You are further notified that there has occurred a breach of an obligation of the Trustors for
<br />which the trust property was conveyed as security, to-wit, that the Trustors have failed to pay the
<br />Beneficiary payments which were contractually due on October 1, 2007 through April 1, 2008, together
<br />with interest accruing thereon.
<br />
<br />You are further notified that the Beneficiary herein has, pursuant to the Nebraska Trust Deeds
<br />Act, appointed Michael F. Kivett, Attorney at Law, as Successor Trustee, and that notice is hereby given
<br />that the undersigned Trustee, at the request of the Beneficiary has elected to sell or cause to be sold the
<br />real property described in said Deed of Trust to satisfy said obligation.
