I <br />85. 001203 <br />MODIFICATION AND EXTENSION AGREEMENT ,bki <br />The Four C's A Partnership , whether <br />one or more, herein called the Mortgagor, and FIVE POINTS BANK of Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska herein called the Mortgagee, hereby agree <br />as follows: <br />1. Mortgagor has executed and delivered to Mortgaged a first <br />Real Estate Martgage dated 1 -30-87 and recorded 2 -3 -81 <br />as Document No. 81- 000477 in the office of the Register of <br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, in consideration of the <br />Mortgagee's certain Promissory Note for $ 40,000.00 , which is a <br />valid subsisting obligation of the Mortgagor and that payment of the <br />remainder of the principal. and accrued interest thereon will be due <br />according to the terms of the aforementioned first Real Estate Mort- <br />gage, modified and payable in the following manner: <br />Loan $6812 -0 with a present halance of $30,415.:2-1. shall be extended <br />six years with a balloon payr„aat in two years. Rate is 13% with <br />payments of $610.56 due each month beginning March 2, 1985 <br />and the balance due March 2. 1987, being a balloon payment in the <br />amount of $ 23,369.18 <br />2.
