CERTIFICATE OF RESOLUTION <br />85-- 001182 <br />MARiORIE HAUBOLD, Hall County Clerk and Secretary tc <br />the Hall County Board of Supervisors hereby certifies that or <br />the day of March, 1985, the Board, after public Hearing, <br />adopted the following Resolution: <br />RESOLUTION <br />RESOLVED tnat the conveyance by John and Esther Cler <br />to Carst Seed Company, a Limited Partnership, on February 27, <br />1984, of the following described property: <br />A tract of land in the Southeast Quarter (SE4) of <br />Section Twenty -seven (27), Township Eleven (11), North, <br />Range Eleven ill), West of the 6th P.M., in Hall <br />County, Nebraska, being more particularly described as <br />follows: Beginning at the Southwest corner of said <br />Southeast Quarter: thence running Northerly on the West <br />line of gaid Sout ^.east Quarter on an assumed bearing of <br />North 00 00' E a distance of 660 feet; thence running <br />South 890 50'24" E a distance of 660 feet; thence <br />running South 000 00' 00" W a distance of 660 _feet to a <br />point on the South lone of said Southeast Quarter; <br />thence running North 89 50' 24" W on the South line of <br />said Southeast Quarter a distance of 660 feet to the <br />point of beginning, <br />is hereby expressly approved by the Hall County Board of Super- <br />visors as a valid conveyance of real property within the county. <br />The Hall County Board of Supervisors retroactively waives notice <br />of the defect in the conveyance and further, waives its right to <br />object to the conveyance on the basis that it is invalid for <br />failure to gain subdivision approval pursuant to the Nebraska <br />Suburban Development Act, Neb.
