<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated October 21,2005 and August 24,2007, and executed by Becki
<br />J Keeshan, F/KlA Becki J. Halte, A Married Person, and Jason D. Keeshan, Her Husband,
<br />Trustor; in which-Five Points-Bank is named as--Beneficiaryi-and -the undersigned-as Trustee,
<br />which was entered on October 27, 2005 and August 30. 2007, in the Hall County Register of
<br />Deed's Office entered as Instrument No. 200510650 and 200707445, and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed
<br />of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />
<br />Lot Six (6), Block Two (2), Woodland Park First Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska.
<br />
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully
<br />paid;
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed
<br />of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person
<br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance,
<br />at Grand Island, Nebraska, this 25th day of April, 2008.
