<br />RIDGE CIRCLE, ELKHORN, NE 68022, MARTIN C. READ and JAROL YN SUE READ, A1K/A
<br />JAROL YN S. READ, husband and wife, whose principal residence is 8022 GOLDEN STAR
<br />AVENUE, RIVERSIDE, CA 92506, REX LAVERNE WISEMAN, A1K/A REX L. WISEMAN, an
<br />unmarried person, whose principal residence is 55400 24TH ROAD, SHELTON, NE 68876, and
<br />JANET LOUISE DAVIS, A1K/A JANET L. DAVIS, an unmarried person, whose principal
<br />residence is 4217 NEW YORK AVENUE, GRAND ISLAND, NE 68803, hereinafter called
<br />"Trustor," and RICK D. LANGE of LANCASTER County, Nebraska, a member of the Nebraska
<br />State Bar Association, hereinafter called "Trustee," and RABO AGRIFINANCE, INC., a
<br />DELAWARE Corporation, having its principal office and post office address at ONE CITY
<br />PLACE DRIVE, SUITE 200, ST. LOUIS, MO 63141, hereinafter called "Beneficiary."

<br />WITNESSETH, that the Trustor, for good and valuable consideration, including the debt
<br />and trust hereinafter mentioned and created, and the sum of one dollar to him paid by the said
<br />Trustee, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, does by these presents,
<br />irrevocably grant, bargain and sell, convey, assign and confirm unto the said Trustee, IN
<br />TRUST, WITH POWER OF SALE, for the benefit and security of Beneficiary, under and subject
<br />to the terms and condition of the Deed of Trust, the following described real property ("Real
<br />Estate") situated in HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, to wit:

<br />TOGETHER WITH (1) all easements, rights-of-way and rights appurtenant to said Real

<br />hereditaments and appurtenances thereto, including all water, water rights, and drainage rights
