<br />KNOW ALL MEN by these presents that, Carolyn S. Harp, an unremarried widow,
<br />herein called the grantor whether one or more, in consideration of One Dollar and other valuable
<br />consideration received from grantee, do hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto The

<br />herein called the grantee whether one or more, the following described real property in Hall

<br />A tract of land in the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SW1I4
<br />SW1I4) of Section Twenty One (21), Township Eleven (11) North, Range
<br />Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., more particularly described as follows:
<br />Beginning at a point on the west line of the County road as laid out by
<br />County Surveyor Baldwin in 1890, said road running along the east side of
<br />said W1I2 SW1I4, of said Section 21, and which point of beginning is located
<br />1520.9 feet south and 33.0 feet west of the northeast corner (as used since
<br />1980) of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (NW1I4 SW1I4) of
<br />Section 21, running thence west at a right angle a distance of 300.0 feet,
<br />thence running south parallel to the west line of said county road a distance
<br />of 200.0 feet, running thence east a distance of 300.0 feet to a point on the
<br />said west line of said county road, running thence north along and upon the
<br />said west line of said county road a distance of 200.0 feet to the Point of
<br />beginning, all in Hall County, Nebraska.

<br />To have and to hold the above described premises together with all tenements, hereditaments and
<br />appurtenances thereto belonging unto the grantee and to grantee's heirs and assigns forever.

<br />And the grantor does hereby covenant with the grantee and with grantee's heirs and assigns that
<br />grantor is lawfully seized of said premises; that they are free from encumbrance except
<br />covenants, easements and restrictions of record; all regular taxes and special assessments,
<br />except those levied or assessed subsequent to date hereof; that grantor has good right and
<br />lawful authority to convey the same; and that grantor warrants and will defend the title to said
<br />premises against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
