<br />This deed is made by CHRISTINE MARIE VanWINKLE as Personal Representative of the
<br />ESTATE OF JOHANNA A. PATH, Deceased, "GRANTOR", to CHRISTINE MARIE
<br />VanWINKLE, an undivided three-fourths (3/4) interest, to AFTON .TO GARDNER, a single
<br />person, an undivided one-fourth (1/4) interest, hereinafter referred to as GRANTEES.

<br />WHEREAS, the Last Will and Testament of JOHANNA A. PATH, Deceased, was duly
<br />admitted to Probate in the County Court of Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, Grantor was duly appointed the Personal Representative of said Estate and is
<br />now qualified in acting in said capacity;
<br />
<br />AND, WHEREAS, the Grantees are determined to be the persons entitled to distribution of
<br />the hereinafter described real property, and Grantor is authorized to distribute the same to Grantees;
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, Grantor conveys, assigns, transfers and releases to the Grantees
<br />hereinafter named, the following described real property in the following portions:
<br />
<br />a. An undivided three fourths (3/4) interest of the real estate hereinafter described is
<br />transferred to CHRISTINE MARIE VanWINKLE;
<br />
<br />b. An undivided one fourth (1/4) interest of the real estate hereinafter described is
<br />transferred to AFTON JO GARDNER, a single person, to-wit:
<br />
<br />A TRACT OF LAND CONTAINING ONE (1) ACRE, MORE OR LESS,
<br />BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHEAST (SE) CORNER OF THE WEST
<br />HALF OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER (Wl/2 SWl/4) OF SECTION
<br />THIRTY THREE (33), TOWNSHIP TWELVE (12) NORTH, RANGE
<br />NINE (9) WEST OF THE 6TH P.M., thence West 155 feet; thence North 281 feet;
<br />thence East 155 feet; thence South 281 feet to the point of beginning, HALL
<br />COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />
<br />together with all tenements, herediments and appurtenances thereto belonging and subject to
<br />easements, reservations, covenants and restrictions of record.
