<br />OF PROPERTY COVERED BY DEED OF TRUST

<br />WHEREAS, THE UNDERSIGNED, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust dated December 16, 1996, executed by Daniel Fogland and
<br />Christine Fogland, husband and wife, as Trustors, in which Five Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska is
<br />named as Beneficiary and as Trustee, which Deed of Trust was recorded as Document #96-109943 in the
<br />Register of Deed's office of Hall County, Nebraska on the 23rd day of December, 1996, and rerecorded as
<br />Instrument #200109630 in the Register of Deed's office of Hall County, Nebraska on the 24th day of
<br />September, 2001, and
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deeds of Trust, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br />thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder in and the attached real estate described to-wit:
<br />
<br />Lot Eight (8), Block Three (3), Kernohan & Decker's Addition, Hall County, Nebraska, except a
<br />certain tract of land described as follows: Commencing at the Southeasterly corner of said Lot Eight (8),
<br />running thence Northerly along the Westerly line of Jackson Street a distance of Eight FeEt(8'), thence in a
<br />Southerly direction to a point on the Southerly line of said Lot Eight (8), Eight Feet (8') West of the
<br />Southeasterly line of said Lot Eight (8), Eight Feet (8') West of the Southeasterly line of said Lot Eight (8),
<br />thence in an Easterly direction along the Southerly line of said Lot Eight (8') to the place of beginning, the said
<br />tract constituting a triangle.

<br />PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the aforesaid Deed of Trust dated December 16,1996, recorded as
<br />Document #96-109943 at the Register of Deed's office of Hall County on the 23rd day of December, 1996
<br />and rerecorded as Instrument #200109630 in the Register of Deed's office of Hall County, Nebraska on the
<br />24th day of September, 2001, shall remain in full force and effect as to all real estate not herein reconveyed.

<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska, this 23rd day of September, 2005.
