'l'RANSFJ;::R OF PROPERTY. The Doniphan United Methodist <br /> <br />Church agrees to transfer all right, title and interest to the <br /> <br />following described real estate to the Village of Doniphan, to-wit: <br /> <br />Commencing at the Northeast (NE) corner of Lot One (1), <br />Methodist Subdivision to the Village of Doniphan, Hall <br />County, Nebra~ka, thence West (W) a distance of Fourteen <br />Feet (14'), thence South (S) a distance of Three Hundred <br />Thirty Feet (330'), thence East (E) a distance of <br />Fourteen Feet (14'), thence North (N) a distance of Three <br />Hundred Thirty Feet (330') to the point of beginning. <br /> <br />2. IMPROVEMENT TO STREET. SIDEWALK AND PARKING LO'l' ENTRANCE. <br /> <br />In consideration of the transfer described in Paragraph 1 of this <br /> <br />Agreement, the Village of Doniphan agrees to use such strip of land <br /> <br />to widen Fourth Street, construct a five foot sidewalk with curb <br /> <br />and a new entrance to the Doniphan United Methodist Church parking <br /> <br />lot at its expense. After construction of said sidewalk and <br /> <br />parking lot entrance, the Methodist Church shall be responsible for <br /> <br />the maintenance and repair of said sidewalk and driveway. <br /> <br />3. CLOSING DATE.
