Retzlaff, <br />wife and husband, Trustors under a Deed of Trust recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall <br />County, Nebraska, on July 25, 2007 as Instrument No. 0200706299, which Deed of Trust conveyed the <br />following described real estate, to-wit: <br /> <br />THE SOUTH TWENTY-TWO (22) FEET OF LOT ONE (I) AND THE NORTH FORTY- <br />FNE (45) FEET OF LOT TWO (2), ALL IN BLOCK TWELVE (12) IN CLAUSSEN <br />COUNTRY VIEW ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, <br />NEBRASKA, <br /> <br />have breached an obligation for which said trust property was conveyed as security and are in default under <br />the terms of said Deed of Trust.
