<br />CORRECTIVE CORPORATION WARRANTY DEED

<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />THAT TREE HOUSES, INC., a Nebraska corporation ("Vendor"), for and in consideration
<br />of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00), and other valuable consideration to the undersigned paid
<br />by ROBERT D. RIEDY ("Vendee"), the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged has
<br />GRANTED, SOLD AND CONVEYED, and by these presents does GRANT, SELL AND
<br />CONVEY unto Vendee, all of the following-described real property lying and being situated in
<br />the County of Hall and State of Nebraska ("Subject Real Property"), to-wit:

<br />Toukan Second and Third Subdivisions, which is also the east line of said West Half of
<br />the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (Wl/2NWl/4SEl/4), a distance of One
<br />Thousand Thirty Eight and Thirty Eight Hundredths (1,038.38) feet to a corner of 281
<br />Retail Subdivision; thence N 89024'34" W along and upon the north line of said 281
<br />Retail Subdivision, a distance of Six Hundred Fifty Seven and Twenty Four Hundredths
<br />(657.24) feet to the point of beginning.
