<br />WHEREAS, THE UNDERSIGNED, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust dated November 29, 2005. executed by Rick S. Johnson and
<br />Patricia A. Johnson, a married person and his spouse, as Trustors, in which Five Points Bank of Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska is named as Beneficiary and as Trustee, which Deed of Trust was recorded as Instrument
<br />#0200511908 in the Register of Deed's office of Hall County, Nebraska on the 5th day of December, 2005.

<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deeds of Trust, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br />thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder in and the attached real estate described to-wit:

<br />PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the aforesaid Deed of Trust dated November 29, 2005, recorded as
<br />Instrument #0200511908 in the Register of Deeds office of Hall County on the 5th day of December, 2005,
<br />shall remain in full force and effect as to all real estate not herein reconveyed.

<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at Grand
