<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by Trust Deed executed by

<br />Housing Development Corporation, a Nebraska corporation

<br />To AREND R. BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benetit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN
<br />ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated June 7, 2005,
<br />and recorded June 7, 2005, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument
<br />No. 0200505114, has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
