<br />IN CONSIDERATION ofthe payment of the debt named herein, the FNE POINTS BANK,

<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, a Nebraska Corporation, hereby releases the mortgage dated June 13, 1990,

<br />made to FNE POINTS BANK, a Nebraska Corporation by Connie L. Conner, a single person, on the

<br />following described real estate, to-wit:

<br />Lot Eleven (11), having a lake front footage of Sixty Feet (60'), situated on the East portion of Kuester
<br />Lake, and being a part of the East Half of the Southwest Quarter (EY2SW~) in Section Thirteen (13),

<br />which was recorded as Document #90-103428 on June 15, 1994, in the Register of Deeds Office,

<br />County of Hall, and State of Nebraska.
