Government Surveys of Township 9 North, Range 11 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, dated May 18, 1867, and Township 9 North, Range 12 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, dated May 18, 1867, respectively; thence leaving the northerly high bank of said Middle Channel of the Platte River and proceeding S 24057'02" E a distance of 1900.15 feet to the thread of the stream of the channel of the Platte River located north of Government Lots 1, 2 and 3 in Section 19, Government Lot 6 in Section 18, and Government Lot 6 in Section 17, all in Township 9 North, Range 11 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, Hall County, Nebraska, said Government Lots 1, 2 and 3 in said Section 19 being in the northern half of said Section 19 (such channel of the Platte River located north of said government lots being hereinafter referred to as "the TNC Channel"), which point is the ACTUAL PLACE OF BEGINNING; thence proceeding downstream and in a northeasterly direction in the TNC Channel for the following six (6) courses: 2
