<br />IN CONSIDERATION of the payment of the debt named herein, the FIVE POINTS BANK,

<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, a Nebraska Corporation, hereby releases the mortgage dated August 31, 1993,
<br />
<br />made to FIVE POINTS BANK, a Nebraska Corporation by Connie L. Conner, a single person, on the
<br />
<br />following described real estate, to-wit:

<br />Lot Eleven (11), having a lake front footage of Sixty Feet (60'), situated on the East portion of Kuester
<br />Lake, and being a part ofthe East Half of the Southwest Quarter (E'l2SW~) in Section Thirteen (13),
<br />Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska
<br />
<br />which was recorded as Document #93-107881 on September 14, 2003, in the Register of Deeds Office,

<br />County of Hall, and State of Nebraska.
