<br />THAT WHEREAS, a Deed of Trust was executed by Trustors Charles W. Myers and Barbara L.
<br />Myers, husband and wife, a/k/a Borrowers, with Doug Walker, Grand Island City Attorney, Trustee, for the City
<br />of Grand Island, a municipal city corporation, a/k/a Lender, the Beneficiary named therein, dated September 2,
<br />2005 and filed for record on the 29th day of September 2005, and recorded as Instrument 200509669 in the
<br />office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, which secured an original indebtedness in an amount
<br />of Three Thousand Two Hundred Dollars and Zero Cents ($3200.00), and said Beneficiary has requested in
<br />writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named therein, the
<br />undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons
<br />entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the
<br />following described premises:

<br />Jefferson Street Abutting Lot One (1), Block Eleven (11), Wallich's Addition to the City

<br />buildings, fixtures, improvements, and appurtenances belonging to syeh premises.
