<br />record on May 2, 2007, in the real estate records of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No.
<br />0200703567 and Re-recorded May 9,2007, as Instrument No. 0200703770, and given by Russell
<br />A. Homolka and Lori A. Homolka, husband and wife, as Trustor, in which Archer Cooperative
<br />Credit Union, is named as Beneficiary, hereby gives notice that a breach of the obligations dated
<br />April 25, 2007, for which the trust property was conveyed as security has occurred, the nature of
<br />such breach is the Trustor's failure to make debt payments as they became due.
