<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE

<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,
<br />THA T WHEREAS, the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust Executed by
<br />John P. Webb & Lisa L. Webb, Husband and Wife to Adams County Bank, Trustee,
<br />for the benefit of Adams County Bank, Beneficiary named herein, said Deed of Trust
<br />being dated 25th day of September, 2007 and recorded in the office of the County
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska on October 11, 2007, as instrument
<br />#200708713, has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed
<br />of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with
<br />the request of the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee, does by these
<br />presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the persons entitled thereto all the interest
<br />and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in and to the
<br />following described premises, to-wit:
<br />Lot Twenty-Two (22), Indianhead 7th Subdivision, City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska.
