<br />Equitable Building and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska as Beneficiary,
<br />dated FEBRUARY II, 2002, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />HALL County, Nebraska as Document No. 0200201878, has been paid, and the
<br />Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
