<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />THA T, WHEREAS all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust, hereinafter called the
<br />Trust Deed, executed by Pamela L. Ehlers, an Unmarried Individual, as Trustor, to Platte
<br />Valley State Bank & Trust Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of Platte Valley State Bank &
<br />Trust Company, the Beneficiary named therein, dated the 12th day of July, 2007, recorded on
<br />the 13th day of July, 2007, as Document No. 200705947 in the Register of Deeds Office, Hall
<br />County, State of Nebraska has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered.

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named
<br />in the Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents grant, remise, release, and reconvey to the
<br />person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through the Trust Deed, in
<br />and to the following-described real property (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. Section 76.100 I):

<br />The Southerly One Hundred Twenty-Six (126) feet of the Easterly Two Hundred Sixty (260) feet of Lot Six (6), in
<br />Woodland First Subdivision, an Addilion to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. Excepting a tract of
<br />land more particularly described in Deed recorded as Document No. 200010612.
