<br />WHEREAS, all of the, indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust made among, CHRISTIAN S
<br />MEHRING, an unmarried man, Trustor, and Central National Bank as Trustee and Five Points
<br />Bank as Beneficiary, dated February 17, 2006, and recorded on February 24,2006, in the office
<br />of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument Number 2006-01640 has been
