STATEMENT OF PURPOSE. The purpose of this License Agreement is to <br />set forth the terms and conditions under which the Licensee may construct, maintain, repair, <br />and utilize the following described improvement which will infringe upon real estate owned <br />by the Licensor: <br /> <br />To allow for a new storefront facade remodel of the existing corporate office building <br />with new entry canopy, columns, parapets and handicap ramped sidewalks in the <br />public right of way off of Delta Street. A minimum 4 foot wide public sidewalk will <br />be maintained. (see attached drawing) <br /> <br />2. DESCRIPTION OF LICENSEE'S REAL ESTATE. The Licensee owns the <br />following described real estate adjacent to the Licensor's real estate to which this License <br />Agreement shall apply: l-::' rf Df ::50..,j.-+~'S+ 'If :5'?u+h.eA~-f 14 <br />6e..c.-1}b TV 21 - J /-9 ) <br />Beginning at the intersection of the west line of Eddy Street and the north line <br />of Delta Street, thence west on the north line of Delta Street for a distance of <br />264' to the east line of Lincoln Street, thence north on the east line of Lincoln <br />Street for a distance of 100', thence east on a line 100' north of and parallel to <br />the north line of Delta Street to the west line of Eddy Street, thence south on <br />the west line of Eddy Street to the point of beginning. <br /> <br />3. LICENSEE'S DUTIES AND RISKS. It is understood and agreed that the <br />Licensee may construct, maintain, repair and utilize the above described improvement at the <br />Licensee's sole risk. The Licensee hereby waives any claim for damages against the <br />Licensor, its officers, employee, agents and independent contractors for any damage or injury <br />that may result to said improvement.
