O'NEILL, aka Jill Ann Williams, a married person ("Trustor"), to WELLS FARGO FINANCIAL <br />NATIONAL BANK ("Trustee"), for the benefit of WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION <br />("Beneficiary"). <br /> <br />ARTICLE I.
