<br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />WHEREAS, the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust
<br />executed by Alfred F. Turek and Mary Carol Turek, Husband and Wife,
<br />Trustor, to The State Bank of Hildreth, Hildreth, NE, Trustee, for
<br />the benefit of The State Bank of Hildreth, Hildreth, NE
<br />Beneficiary, dated March 25, 2004 and recorded on April 28, 2004
<br />and recorded as Instrument No. 0200404176 of the record of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, has been paid, and said Beneficiary has
<br />requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
<br />delivered;
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in
<br />accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the undersigned, as
<br />Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and
<br />reconvey without warranty to the person or persons entitled thereto
<br />all the interest and estate of said Trustee by or through said Deed
<br />of Trust in the following described real estate (as defined in
<br />Nebraska Revised Statutes, Section 76-201) :

<br />The North Half of the Northeast Quarter (N ~ NE ~) of Section
<br />Twenty Four (24), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Twelve (12)
<br />West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, excepting a certain
<br />tract more particularly described in Book 78, Page 307 and
<br />excepting a certain tract more particularly described in Book 118,
<br />Page 332.

<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and
<br />appurtenances thereto belonging to such premises.
