Affiant is the surviving spouse of Rita Verniece Wilson, <br />also known as Rita V. Wilson ("Decedent") who died on February 2, <br />2001. <br /> <br />2. At the time of Decedent's death, she owned an undivided <br />one-half interest in the real property legally described as set <br />forth on attached Exhibit A ("the Property") . <br /> <br />3. The value of the entire estate of Decedent, wherever <br />located, which is subj ect to probate proceedings is less than <br />$25,000.00 as shown on the assessment roles of the Hall County <br />Assessor for the year in which Decedent died. <br /> <br />4. More than thirty (30) days have elapsed since the death <br />of Decedent as shown on the certified death certificate attached <br />hereto as Exhibit B. <br /> <br />5. No application or petition for the appointment of a <br />personal representative is pending or has been granted in any <br />jurisdiction. <br /> <br />6. Affiant is entitled to the property by intestate <br />succession. <br /> <br />7. Affiant has made an investigation and has been unable to <br />determine any Will of Decedent. <br /> <br />8. No other person has a right to the interest of the <br />Decedent in the property. <br /> <br />9. Affiant swears or affirms that all statements in this <br />Affidavit are true and material and the undersigned further <br />acknowledges that any false statement herein may subject Affiant to <br />
