Evaretts and Carolyn A. Evaretts, Trustors under a Deed of <br />Trust recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on June 20, 2006 as <br />Instrument No. 0200605535, which Deed of Trust conveyed the following described real estate, to-wit: <br /> <br />LOT ONE (1), JOHN VOITLE'S SECOND SUBDIVISION TO THE CITY OF GRAND <br />ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, <br /> <br />have breached an obligation for which said trust property was conveyed as security and are in default under <br />the terms of said Deed of Trust. The nature of such breach is as follows: Failure to pay the note secured by <br />said Deed of Trust when due.
