<br />u.s. Bank National Association, trustee under that certain Nebraska Deed of Trust, Security Agreement and Assignment
<br />of Rents and Leases (herein known as "Deed of Trust") dated May 1, 2007, and filed May 14, 2007, as Instrument No.
