<br />WHEREAS,all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust made among, GREGORY S.
<br />SEXTR() AND LORI L SEXTRO, husband and wife, Trustor, and CentralNational'B'ank as
<br />Trustee and Five Points Bank as Beneficiary, dated September 21, 2007, and recorded on
<br />September 21,2007, in the office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Instrument Number 2007-0815Z and Re-recorded October 1, 2007 as Instrument Number 2007-
<br />08415 has been paid; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that all the property held by
<br />Central National Bank, as Trustee, under said Deed of Trust be reconveyed, without warranty, to
<br />the person or persons entitled thereto.
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the written
<br />request ofthe Beneficiary, Central National Bank, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without
<br />warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto all the estate and interest held by it, as Trustee,
<br />under the above described Deed of Trust in the following described property:
