So <br /> <br />MEMORANDUM NOTICE OF OPTION TO PURCHASE <br /> <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br /> <br />That the undersigned, DAG B.A. HELLSTEN and AMY H. HELLSTEN, <br />"OWNERS" and TROY M. NOZISKA and KATHERYN E. NOZISKA, "BUYER", <br />have executed an Option to Purchase which is dated April 8, 2008. <br /> <br />That said Option to Purchase contains terms and conditions, all of which are made <br />a part hereof as fully and completely as if herein specifically set out in full, whereby <br />OWNER has granted to BUYER an option to purchase all of OWNER' S interest in and <br />to the following described real estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska, to wit: <br /> <br />Lot Nine (9), Block Six (6), in Russell Wheelers Addition to the City of Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br /> <br />That said Option to Purchase is in effect, a contract for deed and the OWNER <br />retains legal title obligations under said Option to Purchase. The Option to Purchase <br />continues until March 31, 2011, unless sooner terminated by agreement of the parties. <br /> <br />That during the term ofthis Option to Purchase, BUYER is entitled to possession <br />of the aforesaid property under the terms of a lease. <br />
