Hopkins, Trustee of the <br />Sherry L. Hopkins Revocable Trust dated July 19, 2004, Grantor, whether one or more, in <br />consideration of One Dollar and other valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby <br />acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Scott B.
