Wheel, L.L.C. , a Nebraska Limited Liability Company <br /> <br />hereinafter referred to as "Borrower". <br /> <br />WITNESSETH: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, borrower has previously executed and delivered unto Lender a certain Note <br />secured by a Deed of Trust/Mortgage upon that real estate described as: <br /> <br />Lot One (I), Valentine Motel Subdivison, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br /> <br />which Deed of Trust/Mortgage was dated Julv 15.2004, and filed for record on July 16.2004, <br />in the office of the HALL COUNTY REGISTER OF DEEDS OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br />as Instrument Number 0200407037 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, such Deed of Trust/Mortgage had a stated maturity date of March 26. 2008, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Lender and Borrower have mutually agreed to renew and extend the <br />indebtedness secured by such Deed of Trust/Mortgage, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such renewal and extension, the parties hereto give <br />notice in accord with NEB. REV. STAT. SS 76-239 ofthe continued effectiveness ofthe Deed of <br />Trust/Mortgage above described in the following respects: <br /> <br />1. MATURITY DATE. The stated maturity of the above-described Deed of Trust/Mortgage <br />is hereby extended to April 7. 2018. <br /> <br />2. CONTINUED EFFECTIVENESS.
