<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,
<br />THA T WHEREAS, the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust Executed by
<br />Kirt A. Lambrecht & Gale D. Lambrecht, Husband and Wife to Adams County
<br />Bank, Trustee, for the benefit of Adams County Bank, Beneficiary named herein, said
<br />Deed of Trust being dated 1st day of May, 2007 and recorded in the office of the
<br />County Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska on June 26, 2007, as instrument
<br />#0200705358, has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed
<br />of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with
<br />the request of the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee, does by these
<br />presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the persons entitled thereto all the interest
<br />and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in and to the
<br />following described premises, to-wit:
