<br />WHEREAS, the within named Grantor is the Successor Trustee under the terms of a
<br />certain Deed of Trust dated June 27, 2007, and filed for record in the Office of the Register of
<br />Deeds o[llall County, Nebraska, June 28,2007 as Instrument No. 200705456 of the Hall
<br />County Register of Deeds Books, wherein Brian V. Haumont, Sr., a single persona and Shcrry
<br />Cortinas, a single person were identified as Trustors;

<br />WHEREAS, said Trustee has upon default of the Trustors of the obligations contained in
<br />such Deed oerrust causcd such Notice of Default and Notice of Sale to be filed, given and
<br />published as required by Nebraska Trust Deeds Act contained in Chapter 76, Article 10, of the
<br />Nebraska Trust Deeds Act;

<br />WHEREAS, a public sale of the real estate hereinafter described was conducted on the
<br />datc and at the time and place designated in the Notice of Sale; and

<br />WHEREAS, the within named Grantee offered the highest bid at such public auction.

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, I, BRANDON S. CONNICK, Successor Trustee under a certain
<br />Deed of Trust dated June 27,2007, filed for record with the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, on June 28, 2007, as Instrument No. 200705456, herein called the Grantor, for and in
<br />consideration of the sum of One Hundred Fifty Thousand and No/IOO Dollars ($150,000.00), as
<br />credit against the indebtedness secured by such Deed of Trust received from Grantee as holder of
<br />the beneficial interest in such Deed of Trust, does hereby quitclaim, grant, bargain, sell, convey
<br />and confirm unto COMPETITIVE MORTGAGE, INC., a Nebraska corporation, herein called
<br />the Grantee, the following-described real estate in Hall County, Nebraska:

<br />is 469.4 feet South of the Northeast corner of the Southeast Quarter of said Section
<br />One (I), running thence South along the East line of the Southeast Quarter (SEl/4) of
