Colburn, husband and wife. As joint <br />tenants, Trustor under a Deed of Trust recorded in the office of the Register of Deed of HALL, Nebraska, on <br />2/9/2005 as instrument no, 0200501146 in Book xxx at Page xxx of the Mortgage Records, which Deed of Trust <br />conveyed the following described real property, to wit: <br /> <br />915 W CHARLES ST <br />GRAND ISLAND, NE 68801 <br /> <br />The Easterly Forty-Four Feet (E44') of Lot Three (3), Block "A", Boelun's Subdivision, in the City of Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br /> <br />Has breached an obligation for which said trust property was conveyed as security and is in default under the terms of <br />the Deed of Trust.
