<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Carl
<br />Mayhew, Husband and Susan A Mayhew, Wife to TierOne Bank, Trustee and Beneficiary, dated June
<br />20,2007, and recorded June 21, 2007 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />entered in mstrument #0200705190, has been paid, and said Beneficiary does hereby request that this
<br />Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of
<br />the Beneficiary, the undersigned Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to
