<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of TrJ.st made among DANIEL L.
<br />ANDERSON AND RETA R. ANDERSON, husband and wife, Trustor, and Fanners State
<br />Bank and Trust Company of Superior as Trustee and The Equitable Building and Loan
<br />Association as Beneficiary, dated December 4, 1998, and recorded on December 9, 1998, in the
<br />office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument Number 98-112113 has
<br />been paid; and

<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that all theproperty held by
<br />Central National Bank successor to Farmers State Bank and Trust Company of Superior, as
<br />Trustee, under said Deed of Trust be reconveyed, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />entitled thereto.
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the written
<br />request of the Beneficiary, Central National Bank successor to Farmers State Bank and Trust
<br />Company of Superior, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
<br />persons entitled thereto all the estate and interest held by it, as Trustee, under the above described
<br />Deed of Trust in the following described property:
