<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Virgil
<br />Byerly and Marlene Byerly, Husband and Wife to TierOne Bank, successor to United Nebraska Bank (by
<br />merger), Trustee and Beneficiary, dated April 27, 2004, and recorded May 03,2004 in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as entered in Instrument #0200404295, has been paid, and
<br />said Beneficiary does hereby request that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of
<br />the Beneficiary, the undersigned Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to
<br />the persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of
<br />Trust in the following described premises, but only as to such premises:

<br />"The South Half of the Northeast Quarter (Sl/2NE1/4) and the North Half of the Southeast
<br />Quarter (Nl/2SEl/4) all in Section Twenty-eight (28), in Township Twelve (12) North, Range
<br />Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska; less and excepting therefrom the Plat of
<br />Fair Weather Subdivision."
