<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />The undersigned, as Trustee under that certain Deed of Trust executed by Paul J. Dietze
<br />and Patricia J. Dietze, husband and wife, as Trustor, for the benefit of WELLS FARGO BANK,
<br />NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, as Beneficiary, dated as of February 28,2005 and recorded on
<br />March 23, 2005, as Instrument No. 0200502502, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, does hereby quitclaim and reconvey unto the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, without any warranty, all of the right, title and interest now held by said Trustee in
