<br />Farmers State Bank, A Branch of Bank of Clarks, 2nd & Vine Street, P. O. Box 246, Silver Creek, Nebraska,
<br />68663, Trustee, and the Bank of Clarks, whose address is 301 North Green, P. O. Box 125, Clarks, Nebraska,
<br />68628-0125, Beneficiary, and recorded December 26, 2006, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, as Instrument Number 0200611389 in the Mortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />and said Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as
<br />confirmed by the endorsement below;
