<br />MELVIN B. GOSDA, also known as MELVIN GOSDA, and VIRGINIA M.

<br />spouse of the other, herein called the Grantors, for and in
<br />consideration of the sum of TEN AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($10.00) AND
<br />O'l'BER VALUABLE CONSIDERATION received from Grantee, do grant,

<br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />county, Nebraska.

<br />TO RAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above-described, toqether
<br />with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto
<br />belonqinq, unto the said Grantee and to Grantee's heirs and
