To begin remodeling construction, at 304 W. 5th within 30 <br />days after closing. <br /> <br />B. To complete the demolition of the house at 310 W. 5th <br />within 60 days from March 15, 1985. <br /> <br />D. To use the lot at 310 W. 5th as yard space.
