<br />wife, each in his and her own right and as spouse of the other,
<br />herein called the Grantors, for and in consideration of the sum
<br />of TEN AND NO/100 DOLLARS (SIO.OOl AND OTHER VALUABLE CONSIDERA-
<br />TION received from Grantee, do grant, bargain, sell, convey and
<br />confirm unto NO~' JEAN METTENBRINK, herein called the Grantee,
<br />the following-described real estate in Hall County, Nebraska:

<br />All that part of the Southwest Quarter (SW~)
<br />of Section Fifteen (15), in Township Twelve
<br />1121 North, Range Nine (91 West of the 6th
<br />Principal Meridian in Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />which lies East of the Right-af-Way of the
<br />Omaha and Republican Valley Railroad Company,
<br />containing One Hundred Six (106) Acres.
<br />Subject to the conditions of an agreement for
<br />a ditch recorded in Book "H", Page 276, and
<br />
<br />Also, a part of the Northwest Quarter of the
<br />Southwest Quarter (~~~SW~) of said Section
<br />Fifteen (15) described as follows: Commencing
<br />at a point in the West line of said Section,
<br />Thirty-three (331 rods and Four (4 \ feet
<br />North of the Southwest corner of said North-
<br />west Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (NW~SW~)
<br />of said Section, running thence East
<br />Forty-six (46) rods and Four (41 feet to the
<br />West line of the Right-of-Way of the Omaha
<br />and Republican Valley Railroad Company,
<br />thence North along said West line Four (4)
<br />rods, thence West Forty-six (46) rods to the
<br />West line of said Section, thence South Four
<br />(41 rods to the place of beginning containing
<br />One and Fifteen Hundredths (1.15) Acres, in
<br />Hall County, Nebraska.

<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above-described, together
<br />with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto
<br />belonging, unto the said Grantee and to Grantee I s heirs and
<br />assigns forever. Grantors hereby covenant with the s~id Grantee
<br />and with Grantee's heirs and assigns, that Grantors are lawfully
<br />seized of said premises, that they are free from encumbrance and
<br />that Grantors have good right and lawful authority to sell the
<br />same, and Grantors hereby covenant to warrant and defend the
<br />title to said premises against the lawful claims of all persons
<br />whomsoever, the said Grantors hereby relinquish all riqht, title,
<br />claim and interest in and to the above-described. premises.
