<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed
<br />executed by MORRIS A. DRE!mR and BFTTY J. DREHER, husband and
<br />wife, to AREND R. BAACK, Attorney at Law, Trustee, for the
<br />benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATI01f OF GMRD
<br />ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated December 14,
<br />1983, and December 16, 1983, in the Office of the Reqister of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument Number 83-006628,
<br />has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that
<br />this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and deliveredJ

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in
<br />accordance with the request of the beneficiary named therein, the
<br />undersigned, as ~rustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person 04 persons entitled thereto
<br />all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or throuqh
<br />said Trust Deed in the following-described premises, but only as
