<br /> <br />84 - 006409 <br /> <br />CORPORATION WARRANTY DEED <br /> <br />r <br /> <br />The Grantor, MID-CONTINENT ENTERPRISES, INC., a corporation organized <br />and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of Nebraska <br />in consideration of One and No/lOa Dollar ($1.00) and other good and <br />valuable consideration received from Grantee does grant, bay'gain, sell, <br />convey and confirm unto OERYL E.
