<br />EXTENSION AGREEMENT 0 -

<br />In consideration of the extension of the time of payment of tr.e original promissory
<br />note hereinafter described, the undersigned. Mid-Continent Enterprises, Inc.
<br />, hereby covenant and agree to pay to NORWEST BANK
<br />GRAND ISLAND, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, or order,the principal sum of Sixty Thousand
<br />and no/100------------------------------------fS 60,000.00** ), together with
<br />interest thereon at 14.00 percent per annum from the date hereof, such sum
<br />to be payable on June I, 1985, Interest shall be payable
<br />at maturity on June 1, 1985.

<br />The original principal note in the amount of One Hundred Fiv Tho n

<br />by the undersigned under the date of June 5, 1984 , to NORWEST BANK
<br />GRAND ISLAND. NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, and was due and payable on the 3rd day of
<br />December, 1984 , together with interest at 14.00 . .Jlf!rcent per
<br />annum and secured by a Real Estate Mortgage to NORWEST BANK GRAND ISlAND, NATIONAL
<br />ASSOCIATION, recorded as Document No, 84-003121 , in the Mortgage Records
<br />of Ha 11 County. Nebraska

<br />together with interest thereon at 14.00 percent per annum, such principal and

<br />All of the covenants and agreements in such original note and the Real Estate Mortgage
<br />above described, other than hereinbefore modified, shall be and remain unchanged and

<br />In further consideration of such extension of time of payment of such indebtedness,
<br />I hereby ratify and confirm such mortgage recorded as Document No. 84-003121
<br />in the:Mortqage Records of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska , as the first mortgage lien upon the real property
<br />described therein, and the whoTe of the title thereto as now owned by me.
<br />
<br />The undersigned executes this Extension Agreement with reference to and on the faith
<br />and credit of their property, which they now own or have an interest in or hereafter
<br />may acquire; the express intention being to charge and to continue to charge a~ and
<br />all of such property with the payment of the indebtedness, the payment of which is
<br />herein extended,
