<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />That Gale R. Thompson Kirkpatrick, formerly Gale R. Thompson,
<br />single, GRANTOR, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey, and
<br />confirm unto Ncrwest Bank Grand Island, N.A., successor to First
<br />Savings Company, GRANTEE, the following-described real estate:

<br />Lot Eighteen (18), Freedom Acres Subdivision,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska,

<br />together with all of the tenements, hereditaments, and appurten-
<br />ances to the same belonging, and all of the estate, title, right
<br />of homestead, claim or demand, whatsoever, of, in or to the same,
<br />or any part thereof, in consideration of the full cancellation
<br />and satisfaction of the mortgage to First Savings Company, re-
<br />corded January 9, 1978, as Document No. 78-000142 in the Office
<br />of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.

<br />This Deed is an absolute conveyance, the Grantor having
<br />conveyed said real estate to the Grantee for a fair and aoequate
<br />consideration, such consideration being full satisfaction of
<br />the obl1gation secure y t e secon mortgage 0.' emrantor,
<br />together with the cancellation of the Promissory Note given by
<br />Grantor with the above mortgage.
<br />
<br />Grantor declares that this conveyance is freely and
<br />fairly made, and that there are no agreements, oral or written,
<br />other than this Deed between Grantor and Grantee, with respect
<br />to said real estate.

<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above-described real
<br />the appurtenances thereto, unto the said Grantee and its
<br />and assigns forever, and the Grantor for herself and her
