ROESER, as tenants in carman, whether one <br />or more, herein called the Mortgagor, and THE OVERLAND NATIONAL BANK OF GRAND <br />- 'ISLAND, Grand island, Hall County, Nebraska, herein called the Mortgagee, hereby <br />agree as follows: <br />1. Mortgagor has executed and delivered to Mortgagee a real estate <br />mortgage dated November 16, 1982, and recorded on December 3, 1982, as Document <br />No. '.82- 005119 in the office of the Register of Deeds, HE11 County,, Nebraska, in <br />consideration of a certain mortgage note for $38,294.11, a valid subsisting <br />obligation of the Mortgagor, and payment of the remainder of the principal and <br />accrued interest thereon shall be due according to the terms bf the aforementioned <br />real estate mortgage, modified and payable in the following manner: <br />A mortgage note dated November 16, 1982, on which a principal <br />bal:wnce of $32,141.61 now Teem. ins onnaid, will hP rppnid on <br />February 1, 1986, with interest due and payable monthly on <br />the 15th day of every month beginning November 15, 1985. <br />2. All other terms and conditions contained in the original real estate <br />mortgage dated March 30, 1978, shall remain the same, and this Modification <br />Agreement is made a part of the original real estate mortgage by reference and <br />shall inure to all successors and assigns and their heirs. <br />Dated this 15th day of October, 1985.
